She has worked in community mental health, non-profit and for-profit organizations, start-up businesses, private therapy practice, educational settings, and event production. I have been a business owner, a creator, a therapist, a coach, a performer, a dance instructor, and a teacher.

She has a Master’s in Social Welfare from UCLA and has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than twenty years. Amy worked in schools, clinics, and communities with at-risk youth, those with developmental challenges through Regional Centers, and pregnant and new parents seeking healthy alternatives to pregnancy, birth, and parenting. 

She went back to school to become a Functional Nutritional Therapist from the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2016 as well as a certification in Functional Blood Chemistry
